Swiss Time Services Group receives watches by courier and post from both retailers and private customers. We provide peace of mind by acknowledging receipt of your watch by email or telephone once your watch is logged on our system. Alternatively, customers can bring their watches in to us personally and enjoy our one-to-one service with a senior technician.
All watches which are logged on our system receive a unique reference number and once entered all watches have a photograph taken of the front and rear of the watch to record the watches condition at receipt.
How to send your watch
For customers that are unable to personally deliver their watch, the safest and most secure way of sending your watch to us is by courier or Royal Mail. We would recommend that you wrap your watch in a protective layer of bubble wrap or similar material, before placing your watch inside a box and in a security bag and making sure it is insured for the correct value. Please also enclose a covering letter showing your name, full address and detailing the work you want us to carry out.
When returning watches unless otherwise instructed we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery which you are able to track through the online service using the unique parcel reference.
Watches being sent from outside the UK must have both the inbound and return shipping organised by the customer and STS Group advised in advance of shipping.
Book a Tour
If you are dropping your watch off in person at our reception for a service you can arrange a tour of our facilities. You will be able to see the journey your watch will experience while in our care from the administration through the technical departments and back to administration. Please email or telephone in advance of your arrival and we will add the perimeter tour to your appointment which takes approximately 15mins.
