Swiss Time Services receives watches by post via retailers or, more increasingly, directly from customers themselves.   We offer a peace of mind policy whereby we can let you know by telephone or email when your watch has been safely received.  (For more details please see the section on “How to send your watch”.)
 
Alternatively customers can bring their watches in to us in person where they are welcome to browse our vintage Omega collection and enjoy a face-to-face service with one of our senior Watch Technicians.
 
Upon receipt, our Reception and Administration Department log all watches onto our computer system and photograph them.  Prior to estimation each watch is assigned a unique tracking number and is traced at every stage of the repair procedure.
